How long does it take to heal?
Healing time depends on many variables and it takes as long as you need. It depends on the complexity of your situation, how much health you already have, how equipped you are to attend to your condition and needs, how much healthy support you have, etc. The P2FF Pathway and Trail Guides offer vital elements, which will significantly speed your healing.
How long does it take to complete the P2FF Pathway to Full Freedom?
You can go at your own speed through the P2FF Pathway “Steps”, or lessons, but allow at least one week for each Step so that you can complete, process, reflect, apply and practice the concepts and material. Sometimes it will be important to spend a little more time to dig deeper and address your needs in a specific area.
How is the P2FF Pathway different from counseling, deliverance and other approaches?
The P2FF Pathway addresses immediate and long term needs of heart, mind, spirit and body, provides a systematic approach for practice and remembrance and practical tools for life application.
Can I still use the web site and resources without the support of a P2FF Trail Guide?
YES, but it is important that your support person, friend or counselor, has attended to his or her own needs and condition before helping you. Find a support person who lives and thinks the way that you would like to emulate.
Why should I have a P2FF Trail Guide support me?
P2FF Trail Guides are very familiar with the P2FF Pathway, its tools and usage. They participate in on-going training and receive support to help them to be most effective in working with you.
Do I need to recognize all of my problems or what I need to improve my life?
No, you don’t need to have all your needs and problems identified. All you need is the desire for improvement in your life. The P2FF Pathway to Full Freedom will provide ways of helping you to identify specifics of your internal and external conditions and will point you to options and reality checks. By working through the Steps (lessons), and especially with the support of a P2FF Trail Guide, you will see your reactions and vulnerabilities more clearly and be able to grow in strength, health and wholeness. Read the personal stories of those who have traveled the P2FF Pathway to Full Freedom.
Can I use this web site and the resources if I am NOT a Christian?
YES! This web site and other resources are for anyone searching for help, hope and healing. The only thing you need to start to improve your life and condition is the desire in some part of you to get better. Religion is never pushed. P2FF and its associates know the value of a personal relationship with our Creator as opposed to man-made religious systems. Since we all have a spiritual side, you will have the opportunity to explore spiritual truths, but there are no demands placed on you. You may go as slow and as in-depth as you choose, or stop whenever you wish. Having the support of a P2FF Trail Guide will help you avoid or clarify Christian elements that could otherwise be confusing or misunderstood.
Do I have to know or like scripture?
NO, you do not have to know or even like scripture. When God and His Word have been used to hurt and confuse you, especially as a child, you have good reasons for not liking or trusting either one. These lessons are intended to talk to your heart, at your own speed. Keep the meaning but put the scripture passages in your own words. Know that if something is confusing or brings up thoughts or feelings that are difficult, you probably need help to clarify the truth and avoid deceptions. Put challenging information and scripture aside until you have the support, information and healing you need to receive and correctly apply the principles. You may want to leave a more challenging lesson and come back to it after you have completed other lessons in the same Section of the Pathway. This allows you to receive what you need and gives you the strength and healing foundation to take the next step. The help of a P2FF Trail Guide is very valuable for support through Steps that bring up painful thoughts, feelings and memories and to assist you in receiving ultimate joy and healing from the process.
