Purpose:

Refreshing connection and restful quiet
time with the Lord and His people

Prayer and planning seeking the Lords
direction, protection and provision as P2FF grows and
reaches far beyond all we can ask or imagine
Overview:

Morning prayer, sharing, planning
-
Afternoon personal time for connecting
with God and others, recreation, fun and refreshment
-
During the Weekend Welcome, support and
develop mentoring relationships with New Trail Guides

New Trail Guides: $100 for 15
hours of extensive, hands-on training, training materials
and connection with registered P2FF Trail Guide mentors

Pathfinders are welcome
FREE to Weekend events; Pay for lodging if you choose to
stay overnight

(Meals on your own except for Saturday lunch specifics TBA)

Truth & Trust Experience
Where: Six Flags Elitch Gardens
- Denver, CO
Cost: $21.00 per person
(ages 5-70 under 5 years old and
over 70 are free)

registered P2FF Trail Guides, Pathfinders, and

Purpose:
-
To FEEL safety and trust as you step out
of your comfort zone in small or large ways
-
To enjoy fellowship and family fun when
the park is not open to the public - in April and again in
the fall (both April and Sept-Oct. tickets included in the
$21 price a fabulous discount!!)
-
To EXPERIENCE challenges that build
character, teamwork and leadership skills
Overview:
-
Full day at Six Flags Elitch Gardens in
Denver, CO on special, non-public days (spring & fall)
-
Challenge yourself on a rock climbing
wall, roller coasters or just enjoy the carousel.
-
Lunch
together and personal sharing.
-
recreation, fun and refreshment
Sept. 2008 Africa Training
Where: Kenya and South Africa
Cost: (Approx.three week
mission trip funds to be raised
for all costs) estim. $4000/person
Sign-up/fund raising starts January 2008;
commitment by May 2008; final payment July 2008

- Those supporting the training must
be active P2FF Pathfinders, familiar with the Pathway
Steps and tools to effectively support the training.

Purpose:

Bring Gods love, truth and hope to the
hurt and hungry people of Africa

Provide continuing support and training
for lay and professional counselors in South Africa and
Kenya
-
Connect with the people, culture and land
show Gods love through providing needed supplies and
personal visits
Overview:
-
Meet
leaders in the efforts to fight AIDS, domestic violence and
prejudice
-
Two weeks of concentrated P2FF training
and support to lay and professional workers who have hearts
to:
· Equip care
givers and care receivers to know and live in
Gods truth
· Empower
the people to use the effective tools of the
Pathway for life and health
·
Apply Gods Word to the needs of the people in valuable,
practical ways
